A-Nah Village - Tucan

Here are some timeline photos of the progress (or lack there of) for the Tucan Building within A-Nah Village inside Bahia Principe in Akumal, Tulum.

The three pictures below were taken in November 2016. This was the second building sold and was started after the clubhouse and the Hummingbird. They gave a delivery date of December 2017 with a three month grace period.

Weather is fine and no Act of God is keeping them form working. The three pictures below were taken in April 2017. There was communication with A-Nah in April and they said they were on Schedule for December Delivery.

The pictures below were taken in May 2017. There was communication with A-Nah in May and they said they were on Schedule for December Delivery.

The pictures below were taken in May 2017.

During July of 2017, A-Nah sent a letter that they would be using the 90 day grace period and the delivery date now is March 2018, but no reason was given as to why they were delayed. The pictures below were taken in August 2017.

The pictures below were taken in September 2017.

The pictures below were taken in October 2017. Five months until new delivery and they have not done much since April, six months ago.

During March of 2018, A-Nah sent a letter saying they are yet again going to be delayed to March of 2018, but they are not in Breach because of Strong Ground Slopes, Bad Weather and Labor Shortage, but last year weather was not an issue.

The three pictures below were taken in April 2018. The original delivery date was December 31, 2017, after the extension the new delivery date was March 2018. This is a few weeks after the extension and was should have taken 10 weeks has taken 10 months.

The three pictures below were taken in September 2018. The have given excuse after excuse and now the new delivery date is December 2018. Exactly one year delayed.

You might be thinking that some of these pictures are taken at the same time, but I have date/time stamps on all the photos. The three pictures below were taken in January 2019. Very little has been done in over a year.
